How is the mail in repair working?
After you fill-up the form above, we will contact you and offer you a quote. When you agree, we send you a label, and our courier to pick up your device.
When will my device be fixed
The repair process usually takes 1-2 days after your device is received, also depending on the availability of the parts required.
Is my personal data safe?
We are fully GDPR compliant, your data will always be safe with us!
Is this process safe?
We are a very well established business, by seeing our reviews, you will convince yourself. We take all the repairs seriously, ensuring that everything will run smoothly. From collection to delivery,
Is there any cost in advance?
We don’t charge anything in advance. However, after we diagnose your device, you will get the total repair cost. If the device cannot be fixed, we charge a €35 diagnostics fee. Then we send back your device for free. Collection and returns are on us!
What if my device is water damaged?
You can send it to us. We do all types of repairs, including water damage repairs, micro soldering and chip level repair.
What is Express Service?
Express service will prioritize your device, and we will start working on it as soon as it arrives. The express service charge is 35 euros.
