Terms and conditions for warranty
- If any shortcoming found in the area that we have repaired then gadget comes under warranty and we fix it or replace the part without any extra charges.
- You can encounter the issue that has not been noticed during the repair.
- If there is any replacement of the battery, on the problem we properly check it before considering it for repair.
- If it proves to be defective after repair under normal use, this also covered under warranty.
- Our warranty policy includes that you must show the receipt when you had made a come to repair any electronic device.
- Once your product is examined and determined with some defect and problem, we will repair it again with the same style or similar valued service. At this point, we take your product under repair if it met all the terms and conditions of the warranty.
- If the LCD screen is replaced, the warranty for six months will be given.
Warranty is void if
- The product is found to be mishandled or inappropriately used against the direction
- The product is damaged due to water
- It found that the third party has tried to repair the product.
- If you do not possess valid receipt of your product that was given after repair
- If you find any problem after replacing it please do not attempt to repair as it may cause damage that will result in voiding your warranty.
- Accidental damage to repaired product voids of warranty.
We accept a return under certain conditions likewise
- There should be an acceptable reason behind the return
- To return any product you must have a valid order number that has been handed yo you upon purchase.
- Second-hand or used phone purchased from us can be exchanged within 7 days.
- If your new device is found faulty, it would be repaired or returned after careful examination.
- The accessory return policy is different that you can come to know specifically, we can only accept return within 48 hours if the product is faulty, under any circumstances we do not replace or refund after the warranty time.
